Search for a local access number
To install HVAccess on your computer

Make sure you have your username, password and access number first.

You can get your username, password and access number by signing up either online at www.hvaccess.com or by calling at 1-845-756-5906.
- Click on the link below that says Download Setup.

A box will appear asking what you want to do with the file.

There will be 4 buttons.

Click on the one that says SAVE.

Another box will come up that says Save As.

At the top of that box will be the words Save In.

If it doesn't say Desktop in the box then click the down arrow and choose Desktop from the drop down list.

Then just click on the button that says Save and the file will download to your desktop.

Once the file has downloaded you may see a box that says Download complete. Just click on the open box and the installation will begin.

Now just enter the information in the box's and click the ok button.

A box that says please wait will come up. It is now configuring your system to dial us up and adding your new email account.

After the software has configured your computer you will get the message box below. Just click on the ok button and then you are ready to connect to the net with HVAccess.com.

Once you have installed the software just open up the HVAccess Internet icon or open up your web browser or mail program. You should be automatically connected to the Internet.
